Tony Horton One on One Fountain of Youth Yoga

So recovery week for me this week ager my muscles telling me that what they need...so start the week with some Yoga!

Fountain of Youth Yoga - really enjoyed it and got to loosen up with some great stretches. I really noticed that the chataranga's seem much much easier so Beast must have got me stronger ;)

Also noticed while checking Warrior one form in in the mirror I really have some muscles showing in my legs and my booty looked the best I've seen it, like ever!!!
