P90X Chest and Back

At long last I got to start my new workout schedule with Chest and Back and it was awesome!!

Loved it - I actually managed 120 push ups and only 18 on knees - I'm super stoked! New personal best for me, I've never done 10 in every set before ever!!!

I've done this workout 13 times and the first time was July 13 and I managed a total of 49 push ups and all were on my knees.

If I can improve like that anybody can!!!
