Bodybeast Bulk Shoulders and T25 Speed 2.0
Bulk shoulders was pretty good tonight - enjoyed it got most of my weights spot on and will up others next time too.
Needed something more afterwards so did T25 Speed 2.0 - loved it and surprised myself how well I kept up ;)
