Bodybeast Back and Bi's
Skipped the Deadlifts because of the lifting I've been doing over the last few days (boxes moving) my lower back feels pretty tired so decided to be sensible and not push my luck. But got the rest done.
Apart from the pull over, which makes my left shoulder click when I go heavy, so stayed the same I upped all the other heavy 8 reps sets so pleased with that. And wow what a pump I got tonight in my bi's and forearms = Beast up!!!
