P90X3 Complex Lower and Complex Upper

P90X3 Complex Lower and Complex Upper

Wow great workout today - these two together worked well for me as an alternative to Legs and Back. I subbed the lunge thrust press with straight push press for all sets except the burnout ;)

I pushed hard and upped my weights and reps in nearly all areas and my energy level was through the roof when I finished - very strange but I liked it ;)
