Body Beast - Build Legs

Body Beast - Build Legs

So I decided to make a start on Beast. I know it normally Chest & Tris to start but after Chest and Back yesterday I figured one day didn't matter so put my bench back into my gym room and got to it.

Went really light as I remember the post leg day doms were terrible last time and there is a lot of reps to get through.

But I enjoyed it so lets beast up!!!!

Had to have a spoonful of peanut butter to get my calories though yum! Calories good macro's not so much. I'm sure I won't have spot on but I'm gonna aim in the general direction if I can lol
Is it 25C 50P 25F in the first Build phase?? I should fetch my book of beast tut tut
