Chalene Extreme Push Circuit 2

So this one was good today but some new moves caught me by surprise, mainly the single leg deadlift because I've gave my hamstring a minor sprain which I'm hoping is very minor and mends very quickly. I think I went too low with it and pulled it past where it was happy to go :( 

Fingers crossed I can still do burn intervals tomorrow.
