Been a really tough week for me but finally got something done....P90X3 Total Synergistics!!.
As I'm there for my mum at the moment I think just 30 min workouts is best for a while till she gets stronger.
Really enjoyed it and felt good to move myself around after lots of driving, waiting and sitting on hospital beds!
So I'm thinking P90X3/T25 hybrid with some piyo in yoga days maybe?
