Total Body Circuit + Ab Intervals
Pheeeeeew!!!!! What a double day!!! 650 calls of phew!!!
I pushed hard tonight and struggled with some bits because it was very similar to some of the piyo stuff I did yesterday. Especially in Ab intervals, although the leg raise section I actually felt improvements/stronger
Also I realised that because I knew I was only going to stretch tomorrow I felt like I could push harder and not need to keep a little in reserve for tomorrows workout
