After a hard days work I finished it with Pump and Shred.
I got my weights sorted better this time and apart from a few reps here and there I got through it all
Went with 2 x 3kg for squats, 7kg for chest but layer on step to better range of motion, upto 12kg for Deads,Row and C&Press's, 2 x 2kg for the lunges
I really struggled with the 16 push ups tonight but I'm not really surprised after yesterday.
So overall pleased with progress. This workout def. seems to hit the fat burning really well
Now I have my room sorted I'm contemplating having another bash at beast?
