Wow its been a while since I did this one...11 months to be exact
It works you good, I forgot what a great workout this is. Same moves cleverly disguised as others to keep the variety lol I was shaky and done by the end that's for sure.
It still amazes me how much strength I've lost in the last month but hey keep plugging away it should come come back pretty quick .... fingers crossed.
I'm missing my foam roller so tomorrow will be a much needed session and I've decided from now on to schedule an X2 Recovery and Mobility day in every week after T25
