KB Swings and Elliptical
Severely lacking sleep but felt the need to do something phyical
KB Swings
8kg x 20
12kg x - started the swing and felt a strange pain up back of left wrist so decided to quit
Elliptical - prog 2 for 1 mile - done in 11.22mins
