Push ups as per GD day 19
Push ups as per GD day 19
Bar at pin 5
5 reps EMOM for 8 mins
Completed all reps - on empty stomach before breakfast and not a lot of sleep. Got tough at 6 min.
Walking more normally on foot now but still being very cautious with any balance.
